What is IPTV?
IPTV officially stands for Internet Protocol Television, which is the delivery of television content over Internet Protocol networks. With today’s convenient and affordable high-speed internet, IPTV offers the ability to stream media continuously without the expensive cable or satellite dish.
How do I order?
Simply visit our Shop and pick a method of payment:
- If you would like to try a free 24-hours trial period, please visit our Trial page or let us know via Discord.
- For Bitcoin purchases, select the length of subscription you want and click “Pay with Bitcoin.” Enter your name, e-mail address, and if you have a Magbox and have a MAC address, please enter it as well. Once complete, please check your e-mail (may also need to check your junk/spam folder) for the login details.
- For PayPal purchases, select the length of subscription you want and enter your details. When finished, click on “Add to Cart” to proceed to payment. Once complete, please check your e-mail (may also need to check your junk/spam folder) for the login details.
I requested for a 24-hours trial, when does it start?
When a 24-hours trial is given to our customers, that 24-hours clock starts then. It does NOT start when the customer chooses to activate it. Please start using it when you receive the login details to ensure you maximize its usage to make a decision.
Where can I use it?
You can watch your favorite shows anywhere, anytime on any device. It works on mobile phones, tablets, Windows PC, Mac, Android boxes, Amazon Fire Stick, Smart TV, Roku and even Nvidia Shield!
How many devices can I use?
One (1) subscription allows you to play it on one (1) device simultaneously. If you choose to use MAC address, the service will be locked to that MAC address only. If you are required to play it on more than 3 devices at the same time, contact us and we’ll give you a better deal for multiple subscriptions!
Is there a contract?
There is no contract. Feel free to order as much or as little as you would like. There are no automatic renewals or monthly billing. Near the end of your subscription, if you want to continue the service without interruption, I’d recommend contacting us a day prior to ensure you get continuous service.
Communication
It’s been over 24-hours, why hasn’t anyone contacted me?
We most likely have tried to contact you via e-mail however, there is a chance the e-mail was sent to your junk/spam folder. Please check that folder for our attempt to contact you. If you still do not see any e-mails from us, feel free to contact us again but please DO NOT SPAM us either (see below).
When and why do we refuse service to individuals?
We are all human beings and we treat all our clients with respect and thus, expect the same. Any rudeness, aggression, threats, spam, and/or other verbal abuse towards our staff will result in immediate termination of your service without refund. If you have started a PayPal refund case within 24-hours of your new account setup time frame, your money will be refunded automatically without notice and you will be refused service.
Troubleshooting
Why are some channels are not working?
Some channels need to be updated or be added as we continuously update our server. The best thing to do is to either:
- log out of your account and then log back in
- go to ‘Setting’ and select ‘Update Content’ on our app
Either methods will help ensure that all the Live TV, Guide, VOD, Series channels are updated with the latest on your account.
I logged in and out of nowhere, I got kicked out and my login details don’t work. What happened?
There seem to be 1 or 2 Internet service provider that is causing issue with accessing our service.
If all of a sudden you are getting login error, saying URL/username and password incorrect, then the first thing to try is to use a VPN, or use your phone as a hotspot, connect your device to it, and see if it works. Otherwise try it directly on your phone without connecting to your home Wi-Fi.
Can I expect 100% stability?
For countries outside of USA, UK, and Canada, there are limited source channels available for purchase. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the same uptime for channels outside of the ones mentioned above. However, we do try our best and is always looking for new sources and update them as soon as we can.
Refund Policy
The service is not what I expected, what is your refund policy?
We will consider refunds within 24-hours of your new account setup (from the time we send you the login details) with valid reasons. Any refunds given will be at the sole and absolute discretion of HDIPTV. Thus, we strongly urge you to contact us for a free 24-hour trial to test out our services first before purchasing any subscriptions.
